Back Pull Out Chemical & Process Pumps
DESIGN FEATURES
- Design confirms to Din 24255 or ISO 2858 Process Pumps and back pull out design facilities for removal of complete pump rotor assembly without disturbing suction and discharge pipe.
- High degree of interchangeability is ensured, as entire pump series is covered by only 4 bearing brackets.
- Bearing brackets incorporate heavy duty roller bearing and angular contact or deep groove ball bearing and angular contact or deep groove ball bearing with grease or oil lubrication.
- High temperature duty design available with center line mounting and stuffing box with cooling connections.
- Simple change over from gland packing to mechanical seal is possible with the aid of standard conversion parts without re-machining.
APPLICATIONS
- For pumping clear water, turbid water upto 3000 ppm, various chemicals & volatile liquid , fertilizer, sugar, paper and other process industries.
